Jaq Jaq Bird is an american brand created by a Grace, a young mom. Shortly after her third child was born and during serious financial difficulties, she was determined for some peace at the dinner table at least! So she came up with the idea of the Chalk Mat. It was a chalkboard one side, flip it over, and it became a placemat. She received a lot of compliments, so she gave it a try with local stores.
