  1. How can I place an order?

    Simply navigate between categories, such as Kids Fashion, Lifestyle etc. or choose one of our brands. When you find a product that you are interested in, select a size if the option exists, and click on "Add to cart". After having added everything you need, click "Shopping Cart'' at the right top of your page. There, you can see all the products you have selected. If you need to make changes you can easily change quantities or remove items directly from your cart. Click on the button "Check out" and follow the instructions to complete your order.Β 

  2. Which products are available?

    All products are immediately available unless it is stated otherwise with a "sold out" indication. However, not all products can be shipped abroad. Please read the notes in the description of each product to know if the product of interest can be shipped at your destination.   3. How can i find the right size?

    Each brand has its own size chart, and each size represents a specific age group. You can search for products according to your kid’s age and see each company’s size offers. Every item on our eshop includes a size guide, that you can find next to "Size" option.

  4. Can i add a product to an already completed order?

    When an order has been completed you cannot add an extra product. You will have to make a new order.

  5. How can i know that my order has been placed?

    As soon as you complete your order you will receive an email in the address you have declared, which will verify that your order has been correctly placed and is being processed. If you do not see the confirmation email on your inbox, please also check your spam folder (these emails are automated and depending on your email provider it might be wrongly redirected). Once you have moved the email from your spam to your inbox, on your next order you should see our emails on your regular inbox.

  6. I want to send a gift to the final recipient and make sure there will be no invoice or prices?

    No problem. When you choose the gift wrap option -and the billing information you have declared is different from the shipping information- your order will be shipped to the recipient’s address, while the receipt of the purchase will be sent to the billing e-mail address.

  7. Do you also have a physical store?

    Yes we do! You can also find our products at our Milkshakes and Dreams store, located on the 1st floor of Golden Hall shopping center in Marousi. If you see something on the site that you want to also check up close, please contact the store by phone (+30 210 6849772) to make sure the product is also available there.

  8. Can i pick-up my order?

    Yes, you can pick-up your order from our offices, Filikis Etaireias 65, Chalandri, 15232. After completing your order, please wait for the confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up.

  9. Do you offer seasonal sales?

    Seasonal sales are offered both online and at our physical store. Additionally, on our eshop you can find lower prices at selected pieces, all year long simply by visiting our "Outlet" section.
