1. WHAT IS A GIFT CARD?

   It is the safest and quickest way to offer a gift that is going to give lots of joy to the recipient. By filling in your name, the amount you wish to offer, the recipient’s e-mail address and your private message, an email will be directly sent to the gift recipient describing your gift. The gift recipient can immediately use the gift card’s amount and choose any product he/she wishes at the equal or bigger value of the gift card by paying the difference.

2. WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE TO SEND A GIFT CARD?

   By choosing a gift card you are instantly offering your friends the freedom to choose whichever products they want or need, without any need to worry if they are going to like your gift or not. The gift card is sent via e-mail, the moment your order is verified.

3. WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE A GIFT CARD OVER ANOTHER PRODUCT?

4. HOW CAN I SEND A GIFT CARD?

   It is really simple. You choose the amount you want to offer, fill in the email address and name of the gift recipient, as well as your contact details with a private message. Click the “add to shopping cart” button; complete your purchase, and your friends are going to receive an email with their gift!

6. CAN A GIFT CARD GET LOST?

   No it cannot. Gift cards are saved in our digital archives. Even if the gift recipient deletes or loses the e-mail with the gift card details, the gift card continues to be valid. You can contact us at info@milkshakesanddreams.com, in case you believe that this has happened.

    

7. I RECEIVED A GIFT CARD. HOW DO I USE IT?

   It is really easy. If you are already a registered member simply sign in. Otherwise go ahead and set up an account with us. Then, simply add the products you want to buy in your shopping cart and fill in the gift card’s code in the special “Discount coupon” box. The gift card’s amount will be deducted from the total amount of your order. Make sure that the order has at least the equal value with the gift card, in order to take advantage of your gift to the max. If the value of your purchases is bigger than that of the gift card, you will only be charged with the difference.

    

8. DO GIFT CARDS HAVE EXPIRY DATE?

   Gift cards are valid 3 months from the date of purchase.
