1. What are the payment options?

   For orders within Greece you can pay by card, bank deposit, PayPal or "cash on delivery" service offered by ACS courier. Just choose the option you wish to proceed with where you will be asked. "Cash on delivery" has a surcharge of €3. International orders can be paid by debit / credit cards or PayPal. In case of a deposit, all costs are covered by the client.

2. Which cards are accepted?

   All VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DINERS credit or debit cards are accepted.

3. What currency are payments made in?

   All prices shown on our eshop are in Euros. This means that customers with a credit card that will be charged in a currency other than Euros, will be charged according to the exchange rate on the day of the bank to which the credit card belongs.

4. How can i make a bank transfer?

   If you wish to pay for your order by deposit, you can do it at any bank branch or via e-banking. The deposit should be made within 2 working days from the order. If the payment is not completed within this period, the order will be canceled.

   In this case, it is necessary to indicate your name and the number of your order in the description, otherwise, it will not be possible to send your order. If there are transaction costs, they are borne by the user.

5. When is my card going to be charged?

   Your credit card may be charged either immediately or up to 7 days from the moment of your order. In case of order cancellation, your money will be refunded, at the latest, within 15 days.

6. Is it safe to use a credit card online?

   You can be sure that we handle security matters with great responsibility. We do not save any of your credit card’s details, while all credit card transactions are only processed through our bank’s (Eurobank EFG) safety system.
