Our products can be shipped worldwide. However, not all products can be shipped abroad. Please read the notes in the description of each product to know if the product of interest can be shipped to your destination abroad.

Shipping Costs

1. Orders within Greece (using ACS courier):
The shipping cost for orders over €100 is free. For orders under €100, the shipping cost is €3,5 for areas within Attica and €5,00 for the rest of Greece. If you are paying via Cash on Delivery there is an additional charge of €3,00

2. Orders for the rest of Europe (using UPS courier):
For orders shipped within Europe (excluding Greece) parcels are shipped either by Standard shipping (by road) with a cost of €15 or by Express Saver (by air) with a cost of €25.

3. Orders outside Europe (using UPS courier):
For the rest of the world, shipping is done via Express Saver (by air) with a cost of €28.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, except for holidays. The usual delivery times are as follows:

1. Orders within Greece (using ACS courier):

• Attica and Mainland destinations : 1-2 working days
• Island Destinations: up to 3 working days
• Inaccessible areas: up to 5 working days

    2. Orders for the rest of Europe (using UPS courier):

• Standard shipping, by road: 3-5 working days
• Express Saver, by plane: 1-2 working days
  

3. Orders outside Europe (using UPS courier):

• Express Saver, by plane: 2-3 working days. The delivery time might differ due to potential custom clearing procedures

Delivery at P.O. Box

Currently we do not offer shipment to P.O. Boxes.

Taxes & Fees

The prices listed on the site include VAT, any delivery charges as specified in our delivery cost guide above are added to the total payable amount. Deliveries to non EU countries will be subject to local customs clearance. Any duties and taxes applied will be paid by the recipient. 

In person Pickup

If you prefer you can pick up your order yourself either

from our offices, Filikis Etaireias 65, Chalandri, 15232, Monday to Friday 10:00 to 17:00, or

from our physical store in Golden Hall, Level 1, Kifissias Avenue 37a, Marousi, 15123, Monday to Friday 10:00 to 21:00, Saturdays 10:00 to 20:00

Important note: Once your order is completed, please wait for a relevant mail with which we will inform you that the order is ready for pick up.

POLICY FOR DELIVERIES TO COUNTRUES OUT OF EU

Custom clearance and fees

In case your order is shipped in countries outside EU area, you need to notice the following:

• Orders outside EU might be subject to custom clearance and custom fees, according to the regulations of the destination country.
• Potential duties, taxes, custom fees or other relevant expenses are sole responsibility of the customer. SGS Kids IKE does not cover and does not calculate such expenses at the time of the order or of the delivery.
• We advise customers before placing the order to updated about additional charges that might exist, by contacting the local custom authorities.

Delay due to Custom Clearance

The delivery times of the order might be longer due to customs clearing procedures of the destination country. Our company is not responsible for any such delay.
