Shipping

1. Where do you ship to?

   Our products can be shipped worldwide. However, not all products can be shipped abroad. Please read the notes in the description of each product to know if the product of interest can be shipped at your destination.

2. What is the shipping cost?

   01. Orders within Greece (using ACS courier):
   The shipping cost for orders over €100 is free. For orders under €100, the shipping cost is €3,5 for areas within Attica and €5,00 for the rest of Greece.
   
   02. Orders for the rest of Europe (using UPS courier):
   For orders shipped within Europe (excluding Greece) parcels are shipped either by Standard shipping (by road) with a cost of €15 or by Express Saver (by air) with a cost of €25.
   
   03. Orders outside Europe (using UPS courier):
   For the rest of the world, shipping is done via Express Saver (by air) with a cost of €28.

3. When will I receive my order?

   Products are delivered Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

   Delivery times are as follows:
   
   

   Orders within Greece (using ACS courier)

   •  Attica and overland destinations: 1-2 working days
   •   Insular destinations: up to 3 working days
   •   Inaccessible areas: up to 5 working days
     
     

   Orders for the rest of Europe (using UPS)

   • Standard shipping, by road: 3-5 working days
   • Express Saver, by plane: 1-2 days
     
     

   Orders outside Europe (using UPS)

   • Express Saver, by plane: 2-3 days

4. Can I use a P.O. Box number as a shipping address?

   Due to the nature of the products, shipment to P.O. Boxes is not possible.

5. Will more taxes be included from prices shown on eshop?

   Note that VAT is included in the prices listed on the site and that the delivery charges will be added to the total amount specified above in our delivery cost guide. Deliveries to non EU countries will be subject to local customs clearance. Any duties and taxes applied will be paid by the recipient.
